1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jd999 ("jd999", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your use of the jd999 website located at https://jd999.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and the jd999 account system (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the jd999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing jd999 account.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the jd999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before it becomes withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity and age verification process required by jd999 before processing withdrawals or at any point jd999 deems it necessary.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, football match, kabaddi fixture, or other athletic competition offered for betting on the jd999 sportsbook.
• "Settlement" means the process by which jd999 determines the outcome of a bet and credits or debits the Player's Account accordingly.
• "Dormant Account" means any Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all jd999 operations unless otherwise stated.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jd999 services, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel). You must also provide a valid email address.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You undertake to maintain the accuracy of all registration information and to notify jd999 promptly of any changes via the Account settings or by contacting the support team. jd999 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by a Player.

3.3 Account Verification

jd999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time frame may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as Dormant. jd999 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 to Dormant Account balances, subject to prior notification. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.

4 Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. jd999 may require you to submit age verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle. If age verification documents are not provided within the requested time frame, or if submitted documents indicate that the Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately.

Any winnings accumulated by an underage Account holder are not withdrawable and shall be forfeited in full. Any deposits made by an underage Account holder will be returned to the original payment method used, less any applicable transaction fees incurred by jd999 in processing the reversal.

jd999 also prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals who are subject to self-exclusion agreements, either through jd999's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme to which jd999 is a party.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jd999 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.1 Password Standards

jd999 recommends that all Account passwords contain a minimum of ten characters, incorporating a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters. Passwords should not be reused across other online accounts.

5.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the jd999 support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. jd999 may temporarily suspend your Account as a protective measure pending investigation.

5.3 Liability for Unauthorised Use

jd999 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the breach of security is attributable to the Account holder's failure to maintain adequate credential confidentiality. Any bets placed or transactions carried out using your credentials prior to your reporting of unauthorised access shall be deemed valid and binding.

6 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the jd999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jd999 does not charge Players for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of jd999.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jd999 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method. Players are advised to review the current cashier page for the applicable limits at the time of deposit. jd999 reserves the right to revise deposit limits at any time.

6.3 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited into a jd999 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a source not belonging to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.4 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed and credited to a Player's Account within two (2) minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to be credited, depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their jd999 Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and to successful completion of the KYC verification process.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts; however, high-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence and may be processed in instalments at jd999's discretion.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. jd999 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made via an alternative channel in cases where the original method is unavailable or where fraud prevention considerations apply.

7.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically arrive within two (2) hours of approval. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

jd999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, completion of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or the conclusion of any ongoing investigation into account activity. Players will be notified of any hold applied to a withdrawal request within twenty-four (24) hours of the hold being placed.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

jd999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with this section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute according to the odds and stake conditions specified in the promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry of the bonus period, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited automatically without further notice to the Player.

8.3 Abuse Prevention

jd999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

8.4 Modification of Promotions

jd999 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be governed by the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, to the extent that such terms can practically be honoured.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the jd999 sportsbook and all game rounds completed in the jd999 casino or slots lobby are governed by the rules set out in this section, supplemented by the specific rules for each sport, market, or game accessible via the relevant game or sport information pages on the Platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

jd999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been generated and displayed to the Player. Verbal or written communications with support staff do not constitute bet acceptance.

9.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human pricing error that results in the display of incorrect odds, jd999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. Where a game malfunction interrupts a casino or slot game session, the round will be voided and the stake returned. jd999's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

9.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For BPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events: matches abandoned due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be settled in accordance with the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result, bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined but before odds have been updated due to a system delay may be voided at jd999's discretion.

9.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, and game type. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. jd999 reserves the right to apply individual account stake restrictions where warranted by the Player's betting patterns.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jd999 Platform:

• Creating more than one Account per individual person;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information;
• Using another person's payment method or identity documents;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of money laundering through the jd999 Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or exploit any aspect of the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or other anonymisation tools;
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in contravention of any applicable law;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus fraud, or identity fraud;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jd999 staff or other Platform users.

11 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 13 Limitation of Liability

jd999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jd999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. jd999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jd999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jd999 will notify registered Players via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms, unless the changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. A version history is available on request by contacting the jd999 support team.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and the internal policies of jd999. jd999 operates as an international online gaming platform and these Terms are intended to reflect fair and transparent standards consistent with globally recognised responsible gaming frameworks.
